1. No Refund Policy

• All purchases made through this website are strictly non-refundable.

• Payments are processed immediately to secure your ATV, equipment, and guide for your selected date and time.

• No refunds will be issued for “no-shows” or if you are unable to attend your scheduled ride for any reason.

2. Cancellations by Coastal Adrenaline

• We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues.

• In the event that a tour is cancelled on our end, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Date & Time Changes

• You are unable to change the date or time of your ride once the booking is confirmed.

• Modifications to your booking date may only be considered if requested prior to the original date of your ride.

• Approval of date changes is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of Coastal Adrenaline.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

• By checking the “I Agree” box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the non-refundable nature of this purchase.

• Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated for services clearly defined as non-refundable under these terms will be contested using this signed agreement as evidence of your consent.
